The air conditioning struggled to heat the room adequately, leading to some discomfort. The bathroom window had a poor seal, letting in a draft, and the breakfast selection was basic, lacking variety for a four-star hotel. Charging €15 per night for parking seemed a bit excessive, especially when free options were available nearby.

Rooms are slightly small - but very clean and new! The staff were very nice and helpful. A great stay for someone planning a ski trip in Andorra (and probably also summer vacations).

Lovely manager for whom nothing was too much trouble, he recommended restaurants, places to go hiking and provided leaflets and brochures of the area as well as chatting over breakfast. Breakfast was excellent also, great selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, cereals and he would make omelettes for us which were delicious. The rooms were comfortable, well designed, spotlessly clean and well finished, our jacuzzi bath was fabulous for example (think these are in most of the suites). Altogether a very calm and relaxing stay, very quiet as we were out of season in September. We would try the restaurant if we returned, we wanted to explore a bit but it looked very good.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, only a 2 min drive from the closest ski chair lift (or there is a free bus which stops directly out the front of the hotel). Ski rental shop next door, which you get a 10% discount if you book through the hotel. Good size rooms with balcony and free mini bar! Had a great stay, will definitely try and come back!

Room 204 had a strange smell on occasions.

The hotel was romantic and overall clean. The rooms were tastefully decorated with required things, like a mini-bar, coffee, and tea/coffee.

The spacious room and warm hospitality was really nice. We were particularly impressed with the recommended wines and the breakfast variety.

Friendly staff, they helped us finding the restaurant we want it. Really modern hotel, maybe too much. Anyway everything it's new cool stuff and looks pretty. Amazing surroundings close to the mountain, really quiet place ;D Also you have free mini bar with drinks and loads of stuff as shampoo, razor, tooth brush etc.

The room looks bigger in the pics, but was ok. We didn't have warm water until 1 am of the next day...that was not their problem, but we couldn't take a shower. They offer us a discount for next time as a rewards. As I said was not their fault.

Faultless hotel with large breakfast and a stunning location in a great location handy for the free ski bus. Beautiful and outstanding rooms, delightful views of the mountains. Exceptionally comfortable bed and fantastic services...

The hotel is new, modern and very well located. The breakfast was excellent, much more than the continental breakfast we'd booked. The atmosphere was relaxing and easy going, though it must be said that we stayed there just before the ski season and the hotel was very quiet. I would recommend it. Its very close to the hamlet of Erts where there are a couple of good restaurants.

The room was very nicely decorated but really quite small. The lighting throughout the hotel is very subdued and at times this made us feel a bit disorientated.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 12 September to 15 September, 3 nights. Being just out of season, the hotel was quiet which suited us perfectly. We had the full attention of the staff who were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to assist us. The design and layout of the hotel is new age and funky. Being a "boutique style" hotel also offers the advantage of being able to sit down at a table and have a lovely breakfast served to you rather than stand in a queue to get one's own buffet style breakfast. Our experience was fantastic and I would definately recommend this hotel.
